PAGE Design Build is a custom architectural design and general contracting company in Los Angeles, California offering both design-build and traditional general contracting services and full architectural design service. While our specialty is design-build, we often build for other Owners as acting General Contractor working with an Architect.

As defined, the Design-Build method offers the client a single point of responsibility, thereby reducing Client risk and overall cost. We manage your project from conceptual design through construction as your primary contact. This way of working offers a smoother transition between design and construction, more attention to detail during construction, and a more effective line of communication for the entire team. Additionally, we can uniquely analyze the cost of construction during early design phases, thus guiding the design process in a more focused way.

When working with other Architects as part of a team, we are able to quickly grasp the design intent and offer architectural detailing support if requested. We hold weekly or bi-weekly meetings with the Owner and Architect to outline the project schedule, upcoming details, review change orders, and discuss any questions the team may have.

We are experienced in all phases of residential design and construction. We offer schematic design/early design study, site planning, construction documents, engineering, and permitting. Full construction services include cost analysis, feasibility study, schedule analysis, construction, construction management, and client representation. 

Our projects range from residential remodels, new custom homes, site planning, sustainable design and construction, landscape environments, hillside expansions and repair, in-house custom woodworking and concrete, boutique retail spaces, and contemporary office renovations. Our specialty is the custom home.
